This is a property management company that does not care about the residents on the properties it manages. It allows garbage and trash to flow over the dumpsters, it allows residents to use extension cords to have access to electricity from another building. It allows non-residents in restricted areas, they do not return phone calls, even if you leave numerous messages for a return call. They do not adhere to the rules of the complex or the condo documents which they were hired by the developer to uphold. They have turned a blind eye to all the issues that have been brought to their attention. They just do not care about the residents. Unfortunetly due to the fact I am an owner, I have no recourse but to stay there for now until the real estate market improves...anyone want to buy a condo?
