King Cajun Crawfish first opened it’s humble doors in 2010 when Mills50 was still a quiet street. Fast forward over a decade later, we are now known as Orlando’s best + favorite seafood restaurant. Our founder/chef Melinda Thu Ha Nguyen relocated from Bogalusa, Louisiana after Hurricane Katrina and made Orlando her next home- where she established our company and won the hearts of Orlando with her warm hospitality and famous ShaBang sauce! Together with Great Team, they have expanded this company to multiple franchises. We are proud to serve our family’s authentic cajun cuisine with a modern twist, packed with flavor!
