I found the staff very helpful and they saved me a lot of money. They actually showed me that I was buying too much ticket for the number of days I had. When was the last time a business talked down a sale?!! Best of all, though, was that when we had somehow managed to lose one of our tickets for Universal on the last day, one of the owners took time out of her day to personally walk us into the park for free!I think one of the previous posters may have misunderstood the $5 service charge on the Disney ticket he bought. The staff clearly explained that the 1- and 3-day Disney tickets had a service charge included. Since they were giving us 5-day tickets for the 3-day price, though, I didn't mind.I'll definitely use these guys again.

Don't buy from them! DISHONEST business!Their listed price for Disney 3-day base ticket is $209 in store.I roughly remember Disney gate price is $204 something and I questioned them. The sales lady repeatly insisted the gate price is much higher after tax. Since I was not very sure so I got it from them but it turned out the gate price is only $204 which tax is included.$5 is not much, but I HATE dishonest business!
