I was forced to take my truck here by default, because the tow truck guy stated that they are good. Little did I know that they are in cahoots. They had my 2013 Freightliner Cascadia in the shop for ten days. I was told to buy a High pressure fuel pump because the current one was defective. So I did, took the part down from Jacksonville to Orlando (2 hr. Drive) for them to tell me three days later that the part was defective, now I have Juan (the Owner of this horrible place) and Rhet of TamereX on the phone with one another and they begin to argue. Juan is telling Rhet that his parts were defective and Rhet states “Robert we will overnight you a new pump, but if we find that the pump is good we will charge your card for all the shipping fees. When I arrived with the new pump, Juan had put a pump in that I didn’t authorize, charged me $1,100.00 dollars extra because his mechanic he’d to Install the new pump and then take it out, they replaced my pump with their own pump I know nothing about. After paying them $6,800 dollars I’m now on the side of the road derated down to five miles per hour because the fuel pressure on one of the rails are to high causing my EGR to misread a code along with other fault codes to my engine. Called Juan back last night and was told he fixed what the problem was... “I fixed what was wrong, my friend “ in a bevy Latino voice....
