I had a pair of Michael Kors knee boots that needed a new zipper. This place was the only place that was able to do it. He only chargedd me $15.00 which included the new zipper and labor. It took two weeks, because he had to order the zipper. My only complaint is that he should have called me to let me know that it would be another week due to the zipper order. He did a great job though, especially since no other shoe repair place would touch my boots. He also repaired scuff marks on a favorite pair of Calvin Klein pumps for next to nothing. I was going to chuck this shoe! I left another pair of pumps to have the heel reduced and will probably take a couple of other things to him for repair. This is a great solution when you have expensive shoes that become worn out, instead of purchasing a new pair.
