Dr. Hugo V. Hart is a board certified general surgeon with over 29 years experience. His educational background includes a B.A. from Southern Connecticut State University, a M.D. from Universidad Nacional Pedro Henriquez Urena, Dominican Republic, and a general surgery residency at Bridgeport General Hospital. He is certified with the American College of Surgeons and the American Board of Surgeons. He has been practicing in the Central Florida Area for over 23 years and is currently on staff at Orlando Regional Medical Center and Florida Hospital. Dr. Hart is an active member of the American College of Phlebology, the society for vein professionals. Dr. Hart is an active member of the Hispaniola Medical Charity, the medical mission organization that has been established to provide medical care to the impoverished people in the Dominican Republic. Dr. Hart does volunteer work for the underserved at the Orange County Medical Clinic. Dr. Hart is fluent in both English and Spanish.
