If I could, I would give this company a negative score. Very unethical. They did not give me a quote of their work then told me it was $750 total for two "blown out switches." HUH? When I told them I am not paying that they turned my lights that they "fixed" off. I said the lights were working why did you shut them off? They said "it was a trade trick to get it working." Sat outside my house in their van before leaving. I called the supervisor to help and she said she was unsure why they would not give me a quote before they worked. I called back a second time and the worker who answered said there is no "trade trick" and since I was not paying the $750 they turned the lights off since I did not pay for it. They also said there was a fee for my quote.... since when? The guy on the phone admitted that the workers did not follow the proper procedures. Very disappointing. Therefore, please beware!!

I am 85 year old certified electrician,. The problem is that I am to old to do anything but I called Deep Electric out because I needed major work done in my home and the technician came in the next day and he replaced all the major work and he installed a timer on my water heater. The job this technician was sensational and the price was dirt cheap. I want to commend this company for there excellence and performance that I want to give them 5 star rating.
