The pharmacy staff are useless they told my prescription will be ready by 11am I came back at 2pm and they told it will be ready the next day. This useless employees just waste half of my day.

I called to request help for finding another pharmacy in Clermont for my patient that was going to be discharged soon from Orlando Health hospital.

The staff went above and beyond to call for me and check if the drug was available. she was very pleasant and courteous.

CVS should be proud to have such great staff members.
