Workout programs are tailored to each client and must be eligible. New clients must go through one on one training and get the clearance from the personal trainer.
- Class WorkoutsSingle Class: $15.00All classes are just 30-minute workouts that focuses on strength and endurance, using the expertise of the certified personal trainer to maximize your results. Classes are set to a max of 6-8 participants. We offer High Intensity classes so we recommend that anyone interested in classes must go through fitness consultation. Safety first!
