You can tell that the guy that runs this place has to own it because it is so well taken of you could eat off the floors. The property is very secure and close to downtown. There is always someone present at these warehouses which makes me feel my property is even safer day or night.

I always feel secure here (thanks to the gates and the nice neighborhood it's in) and the mangement is very easy to work with. I appreciate the ability to select from a variety of suite sizes so I could find one that was just right for my business without having to compromise. highly recommended because

This is a very nice storage and business center. There are a selection of small bay warehouses and larger warehouses that are suitable for running your business from or storing items large and small. The owner/manager is very courteous, accommodating and the facility is secure and in a good area. I have been a tenant since 3/11 and highly recommend College Park Commerce Center.

This is a great place to run a business. It's clean, safe, well run, and close to I4 (Princeton St.), 441, and downtown Orlando. There's a variety of locally-owned businesses here - distributors, retailers, and manufacturers.

It's within walking distance to the new "Packing District" on JYPkwy.
