REPEAT CUSTOMER. I HAD MY 2000 DODGE CARAVAN REBUILT BY ALL TRANSMISSION WORLD IN 2004 WITH 88,000 MILES, IT NOW HAS 215,000 MILE AND IS RUNING FINE. MY DAUGHTERS CAR NOW HAS A BAD TRANSMISSION AND IT WAS A NO BRAINER TO CHOOSE A SHOP. THE NICE THING IS THE SAME PEOPLE DOUG AND ANDY ARE THERE. Avoid this place no matter what. I had a transmission problem and went to this shop to fix it. I also had them service my rear differential. First, they did not put the correct additive when they serviced my differential (huge mistake - differential eventually stopped working). Also, after a few weeks, my transmission started having the same problem. When I went back, the owner became extremely rude and said that they can't fix it and I won't see any money back from him either. Went to a different shop. Turned out they did not even replace the transmission parts they charged me $400 to replace (only turned off the check engine light I had on). They seem really close to going out of business and they are trying to make as much money as possible before they go banckrupt, without any care about customers. They will destroy your vehicle, will not honor their warranty, then will laugh at you and insult you in your face and tell you to go somewhere else. Just go somewhere else from the start
