I have purchased 4 Mercedes Benzs from Orland Park and everytime I have had to service my vehicle, I have received nothing less then excellent service. The cost is comparable to other service shops. I am always provided a loaner. My car is repaired in a timely manner, most times sooner than estimated. I have never felt that I was being taken advantage, the staff is honest. Recently, I took my car in for repair of my accelerator pad, and while I knew my brakes needed to be replaced, the service department shared the cost of the accelarator pad and shared that I had only 15% of my rear brakes left. I agreed to both repairs, but I appreciated the information, so I could decide what I wanted to do. They do not pressure you and they always wash your car after repairing it!
