  PHA was formed in 1998 by the uniting of a number of local physicians who had served the Orland Park and Homer Glen communities and surrounding suburbs for over 30 years. We are a private physician owned and operated group practice that offers patients comprehensive primary care services.
• Family Practice
  Dr. Donald R. Gerry graduated from Trinity Christian College. He received his medical degree from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Gerry completed his residency at Christ Hospital and Medical Center in Oak Lawn and Hinsdale Family Medicine in Hinsdale. He has practiced medicine since 1992.
