East Coast Foods started with a guy from Jersey and a guy from Cali. From humble beginnings as a dog cart they grew to a gourmet food truck and now a top-notch, brick-and-mortar restaurant serving hand-carved Steak, 24-hour smoked pulled pork and their famous Philly cheesesteak.They are also well-known for their garlic fries, fresh egg noodles imported from Italy and Charlie's Pride New York pastrami. ECF also serves 1/2 pound burgers, Alaskan salmon and garden fresh vegetables.
