I realize the review from the following customer may have differed from the expertise of the mechanic Kenneth brown from browns automotive but as I have worked hand in hand with such mechanic I have gained years of experience from him that I had brought into the worlds finest navy and served my country for over five yrs he had thought me my first oil change all the way to engine swaps and other major repairs . Oriskany ny is a small town with small people with big opinions though I no longer live there and work with him his values and beliefs as a professional has never changed since he thought me to double check everything and never lead a customer to any false belief for monetary gain . Kennith brown has earned a A+ by the BBB and is one of the best mechanics I've ever known expessially with electrical problems most mechanics would charge a arm and a leg for ,he diagnoses and more than fairly charges for . If you sold your vehicle you didn't listen to a real experts advice and got conned by a cheap skate garage who quickly fixed your car an sold for mass profit it's your own ignorance not the work of a true professional Cheers

I took my van to Browns auto due to a broken valve leak from the radiator. Browns auto went around the radiator with some little converter or something and my vehicle stop working with a month after this repair. Another professional mechanic stated that by doing what Browns auto did, they clogged up the valve and the van could not run correctly. I sold it for way less than it was worth to a mechanic because Browns auto stated that I might as well get rid of it because the engine was shot. That was a lie I would never refer anyone to this mechanic. I hear a lot of complaints about his work. Probably because he gets into everyones social life that he cant concentrate on his auto work.
