The bulk of my time is spent in estate planning, including trusts and trust administration. In addition, I also handle probate matters. Real Estate Agents and Brokers are licensed professionals that mediate between buyers and sellers of real estate properties. In order for them to practice their profession, they must be licensed according to the laws of the state in which they work in.
