General Info

My name is TRES. As in UNO, DOS, TRES. I was the 3rd son born in Puerto Rico. I did vote for my last brother to be named OCHO, but I was voted off the island & into a Mortgage Co. At the age of eight, I took up the hobby of magic. By the age of twelve, I was performing for income as an entertainer. I have been doing magic professionally for over 35 years and mortgages for 25 years. Hence the nick-name The Magic Mortgage Lender I helped those in my community cross home-ownership off their bucket list. I especially love to help Veterans of the Armed services (because of the 8 years I served in the US ARMY) and Native Americans (because of the awesome friendship I cultivated growing up next door to a great Native American community) I want to make sure that every homeowner achieves a home in a way that meets their financial goals.
