General Info

We help clients overcome depression, anxiety, PTSD or OCD through our intensive outpatient program (IOP). The IOP program is an intensive group therapy that helps clients make faster progress than they otherwise would. Our therapists are skilled at helping you break through barriers and accomplish more in a short period of time. Placed in Orem, Utah, we are focused on mental health concerns, such as depression, anxiety, and OCD to help you feel your best and take back control of your life.
