We too did business with TL Concrete. It started in June 2007 with us agreeing to pay them $4500.00 to lay a new concrete RV pad on the side of our house. Before we knew it, they had destroyed our good driveway and also driven their bobcat into our garage door. (TL Concrete did repair the garage door.) However, our $4500 job turned into $11,000 due to their inexperience and their miscommunication with the hired help. Since the time the concrete was poured (July of 2007) we noticed in January that the driveway was not draining like it was supposed to; water was pooling next to the house which was the problem we originally hired them to solve, but the concrete being less than 6 months old began to chip and pop! I would not recommend doing business with TL Concrete. Being the cheapest will not always leave you with the highest quality experience!

The owner of this company is Taliehe Lolohea. I called T.L. Concrete and he sent me his nephew Tui Satuala. Satuala never finished the job and did not pay his sub-contractor Valley Ready Mix therefore they put a mechanics Lien on my home. I would give this company no stars if that was my option. It is still an ongoing battle to get them to make that payment. I paid $8,000 dollars for incomplete work and the owe almost $2,500 to Valley Ready Mix.
