I had Dentalworks replace my full dentures. Having the previous set (standard dentures) I felt Dr Liu did a good job, but these new dentures are the same (basically) as my previous 2 sets of dentures. My Dental Insurance was to pay most of the bill. After I paid the full bill, I was to have received several hundred dollars refund. BUT, the office Manager insisted I had gotten Premium Dentures as opposed to Standard. I have had standard dentures for nearly 40 years and these are no better than the others and look the same. But I have been denied the refund and have filed a complaint with United Health Care. The office manager at DentalWorks has repeatedly denied a refund claiming that I signed to get Premium Dentures. Thes are one and the same as the previous Standards. They are deceiving their customers. I would not recommend this firm to anyone. The Dentist if great, but his Office Mgr is deceiving patients. I've learned that I'm not the only one this has happened to.
