Whenever I have to call any Wallgreen's pharmacy, the wait is far to long to get a real person on the phone. Other pharmacies like RiteAid or Costco never make me wait more than 30 seconds on the phone regardless of the time of day. Today, I spent 12 minutes on hold waiting for the pharmacy to pick up, even though the recording kept saying my call was the next call to be answered.
