General Info

I called Louisiana home for most of my life. When I grew up and moved away to start life in Oregon with my husband, I loved the change! Everything felt new and exciting, but I found myself feeling like it didnâ??t exactly feel like home yet. Racking my brain for how to bring a slice of my hometown to my new one, it struck me! I wanted to bring back the taste of the years spent in my Maw Mawâ??s kitchen whipping up some of our favorite dishes. Not only did I want to do that for myself, but for every hungry Oregonian out there!
