Mark Dempewolf and his team did a great job for my hardwood flooring project.

At the beginning Mark came to my address and did a through free estimate and left a detailed proposal. Then we went to his shop to choose the hardwood. Mark was very professional and picked many options for us before we were satisfied with a particular one.

The delivery and installation crew were also professional and prompt. The final hardwood flooring looks great!

Mark came back after the installation and attended a couple of small things.

We had Flooring America install new carpeting in our older home. They worked with us, in giving two separate estimates (because I couldn’t decide whether or not to do the big walk in closet). Good people to work with. I love my new carpet!

Please believe me when I say they were fantastic. They have a better selection than others. The installers are in-house and they are perfectionists. Courteous too.

This was experience was fantastic. This was such a professional business. We had shopped around for hardwood flooring for some time; we went in Flooring of America there was no hard sell, they were so informative and helpful. When looking for flooring, look here for great service and professionalism. Will use this business again for future flooring.

I dropped into Flooring America to look at carpet and Micah was very helpful and informative. He helped me with several choices after discussing my desires and did not try to push me into something. He let me take a sample of the carpet and pad home to show my husband and came out the next day to measure. The man who did the installation was also very professional and a hard worker. We love the feel and appearance of the carpet. I would recommend Flooring America to my friends.

Went into this store for wood and carpet - had done months of research and found the best deal here! The salesman was very helpful and I even got design help to match colors of paint to flooring and drapes. Very professional installers that cleaned up after themselves and did an amazing job! They moved furniture and even gave me a free cleaning kit for my new floors. I will use them again next year when I finish my remodel!!!

flooring amarica will not warranty my floor ,they told me when a had it installed it had a 25 year warranty it is seperating ,and they about one year ago came out and repaired it the tech said this was a very bad job by this company (installer) and if it happened again we will have to replace it, matt i tryed to call many times and would not return my calls yes i did call many times. the last time i called matt was on the phone he stated i will send you a letter only, the letter stated you called to much and the warrenty was out by the installer warrenty on july 2009, now i had them come come out a year latter and they have no records of the repair (why) the letter i recieved from MATHHEW CALDWELL STATES YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED A RETURN PHONE CALL DUE TO THE CONCERN ON OUR STAFF'S BEHALF OF THE NATURE OF YOUR MESSAGES ( I DID CALL PRIOR AND NO PHONE CALLS AND WAS GIVEN THE REPAIR SHOPS NUMBER AND THEY SAID WE HAVE TO GET WITH MATTHEW CALDWELL NO CALLS AT THIS TIME NEVER) YES I DID CAL
