I just bought a new phone from Katie Felton and it was so easy. I have previously gone to the store in Grand Island or Kearney. It usually takes at least an hour or so to get one and I am so upset when I leave. I have talked to so many people who have said the same. People are now buying in Ord because it has become so convenient with Katie knowing so much about phones. If you have a question she just knows how to fix it. At my age it just doesn't come easy which I have heard so many people say and she just explains it so good. Kudos for finally having this type of service in Ord. People are just raving about the service that lacking for so long. To be quite frank I went to the orther Verizon in town but after hearing about the good work of Katie I decided to come to Scotts TV and am so happy I did. How lucky for Ord to have a young friendly girl like Katie selling phones that are so difficult for us old people:) Thank you Dave for providing us with this service.
