Not a fan of charlies Cleaners. Been taking my son's shirts there for cleaning and Military Pressing and only been done correctly once. My son has had to redo them after we have paid good money to have them "professionally" done ( I use the term Loosely) A patch was ruined on his shirt now we have to find an exact replica to replace it and have it put on. while the cleaners did offer to do this I hesitate to bring anything there. The owner was down right rude and nasty . I brought a shirt in on Monday to show him how it was done incorrectly and ask to have him call NEVER CALLED!! I went to pick the shirt up Thursday and it was redone I asked why he didn't call. She said he was embarrassed on how this shirt went out took my info.So Charlie called and was very rude/nasty and said he have bent over backwards to accommodate me and that Military Pressing is a dying art.OK.We still have military/police/corrections officers. If you couldn't do it right why didn't you say something 7wks ago

There are many such businesses in my area that can adequately clean clothes but the reason I stay with Charlie's is because of and employee named Chris. Each week when I pick up or deliver my shirts, she is very professional and friendly. She always has a smile on her face and makes customers feel comfortable. I've been in business my whole life and the old adage is, "Employees make the business successful". This definately apply with Charlie's. Joe
