Make sure to get all details in writing on contract or else, Rory will make critical decisions on his own without consulting customer. He will also make own decision against customer wishes. For example, even though I was displeased with height of gate (built it without consulting me), he told me he would fix it for free if I hired him again, when I had the fence redone. This is blackmail and unethical. Rory shows up and finishes project in a timely manner, but the customer should watch every move he makes in order to be pleased with the final project. He does not understand the motto: the customer is always right! He also cut corners with concrete work and was sloppy until we asked him to fix it.
