I get all my dresses from here and they have always got everything on time and just like I asked for it. I am always happy when I leave here. They try there hardest to make everyone happy.

The employees are very customer friendly and focus on what you want. I would recommend Final Touch to anyone.

I would not recommend this bridal shop to anyone!!! They did not deliver a dress for my daughter's pageant as promised and when I attempted to come to a reasonable solution with them they did nothing and felt that I should still pay the balance on a dress that my daughter never got to wear, not to mention that they told me on Friday that the UPS truck had some mechanical issues and would not be able to deliver to them at the store, when I spoke to a UPS driver who advised me if a truck breaks down they send a hook up so the deliveries can still make it to the destination. The $60 deposit for the dress $45 for shoes $45 for entry fees $15 for manicure and desperation on my child's face when I had to explain to her she couldn't be in the pageant because the dress didn't arrive. My review is simple if you want to be heartbroken Final Touch Bridal is the place to go. Sincerely, Devastated
