I'm still dealing with roaches and its annoying and gross I keep my apartment clean but they still are here just because apparently there is someone near my apartment that enjoys them so they don't leave. I have had my laundry basket stole out of the laundry room and i had someone steal my visor cover full of my cd's. The rent is nice but its not worth the trouble. When my lease is up I will be moving out. If it wasnt for the roaches this place wouldnt be that bad but the spray they use is a sorry excuse for insecticide your better of getting your own but even the roaches seem to build up an immune to it. I'm so ready to move!

when we first moved in there was lots of roaches but after they sprayed we didnt see any. over all its a nice place to stay. the kids outside can be an issue. n when people get in arguments outside late at night it can be better than watching tv. havent had any problems. (knock on wood) maintance is very good. as long as you tell them something needs to be fixed it is pretty much done with in an hour. rent is better than most other places.
