I had Design Essential thermal smoothing, no formaldehyde treatment, on Sunday, 3/11. Service was provided by Jackie. She was efficient and provided laughs, to boot. I went in looking for best solution to make natural hair more manageable. The atmosphere was professional and the stylists, Jackie and Ms Shirley, worked well together. The thermal treatment was recimmended and was a great decision. Would definitely recommend this Walmart Smart Style for salon service.
