I like this store alot .Its close by and the people who work there are friendly.If you are a repeat customer like myself they never fail to remember you or what you need that day.In my case its always crickets.lol!

I too thought I was being way too critical; but after speaking to my friends and coworkers regarding their experience they also seemed to have the same thoughts. The staff wasn't very helpful and when asked for assistance they seemed as though it was a real burden to them. I also noticed other customers in the store who seemed to be having a difficult time as well. Their fish didn't seem to be in the very best of health and the fish tanks needed cleaning. My opinion is management needs to spend much more time on properly training their staff in customer service and upkeep of their fish and fish tanks. This could be a GREAT place to purchase fish, aquarium supplies and tanks for they do indeed have a LARGE selection and all of which are at very competitive prices. Will I continue to shop here, more than likely, only because they do carry a lot of supplies and HUGE selection of aquariums but as far as the fish goes I'll purchase them else where for the time being.

I am a very critical person, so I thought perhaps I was being too hard on this store, however, after speaking with my mother and a coworker, I realized that it was not just me. I was ignored, and when I asked for assistance in finding a pet fountain (I did look by myself at first) the 3 male employees acted put out that I had asked for help. They were out of the product and did not volunteer any assistance and did not come back to tell me they were out. I will not visit this store again. My mother and my coworker were also treated rudely on their visits.
