Lowe's has lost me as a customer. I bought a washer and dryer two months ago. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday. I called in the am to see when it would arrive. I was told that the the crew was late getting started and they would be doing they other side of town first. At three, I called and was told I was not even on the list!!!?? This was set up for two months!!!! The gentleman said my delivery was not happening yesterday..now way. I was in disbelief. He assured me that I would have my washer and dryer today by eleven am today. I called @ eleven and spoke with a manager. He looked up my account and there was nothing in the notes stating that my delivery was supposed to be by eleven, not did I get a confirmation phone call. The manager said I would have it by twelve thirty/ one o' clock. I received a call from the drivers saying one to five. I told him what the manager said. The driver said by the latest one-thirty. He called back and said two. It is now 2:15....the drama lives on ...
