I am a past breast cancer patient. I received a mammogram and chest xray on the 10th of Sept. I was told it would be 2-4 days and my doctor would have the results for me. It has been 13 days and my doctor still does not have the results. When I call Signet all I get is a machine giving me instructions, then another machine telling me to leave a message. This is very upsetting. It's all I can think about, "What are the results of these test". I believe they are giving very poor service. Not to mention that you fill like a herd of cattle being rush through when you go there. Someone yells out your name, you go to the desk. Someone yells out your name, you go to another room. Someone yells out your name, you get the test done. All they say is the doctor will have the results in 2-4 days. And that is while they are walking away to yell another name out. They don't even look at you. You should all be ashamed of yourselves.
