Ever walk into a Pizzeria on the East Coast and smell the cheese? Ever tasted dough made from other than flour and water? notice the genuine bubbling effect of the dough? or the browning effect of the upper layer? taste genuine Italian pizza sauce vs spaghetti sauce? Gone are the days of the authentic Italian Pizza--Star Pizzeria in Orange, NJ with it's reputation for 40 years plus as the ultimate best, where folks make a point to stop from Coast-to-Coast. By the way, if pizza topped with pineapple was ever delivered in any of the Godfather movies, they would have taken the delivery guy to the mattresses-- it's not authentic and it's not "real" Italian... it's like New York Cheese Cake made in China... it's like "being told by those who think they know to those that do [know]." Reviewers need a trip back East."
