Dr Crowther understands the anxiety of visiting the dentist and will guarantee your comfort and relaxation during his procedures. You will look forward to coming back again and again.

Had services performed that I was told prior by Brenda at front desk would be covered completely by insurance. Was informed AFTER visit that I owed $96. I did not sign or initial anything to authorize the work. I did not have the money and was told I could not leave and that I should call my parents to help me out. I will NEVER go back to this office again! Very embarrassing!

This dentist does it all. Fillings, root canals, implants. He also takes advantage of people who are mentally challenged. Crowther did FIVE root canals on a patient in less than a year when the patient had complained about only one tooth. The patient wasn't aware of what work was being done! The dentist office hummed and hawed about discussing the situation with the primary insurance holder, myself. I finally convinced the patient to see another dentist. Crowther had done the root canals but Didn't Do the Crowns! With partial dental coverage, the patient was still in debt by $2100.00! Shortly after changing dentists, the patient had a to have a another EMERGENCY root canal! Another $900! And the crowns have yet to be done. This dentist - and the office personnel - are bad people. The hygienist is great but complained that Crowther is verbally abusive and shoved her on one occasion.

He is a wonderfully skilled doctor but easily looses sight of his bedside manner being a vital component in patient care.His office manager has become quite comfortable in her position and feels that she holds enough authority to speak down to customers and insult them if she so chooses. Her name is not on the door but rest assured you are visiting her office. Please please reconsider.
