I hate to leave a bad review but this company has not serviced well at all. On one occasion, and I had the monthly fee charged where you are supposed to get good service,my air went off with 90 degrees weather outside. I called the emergency number 5 times over that night and the next day. Telling them I had a no air and one of us is bedridden, on oxygen and very sick. NO ONE returned my calls. And I got really desperate in my plea for some one to call me back. Well two days later when they came I was told that the man who was supposed to answer the emergency calls had gone out of town and even though the call went to other service men, NO ONE chose to pick up the phone and see what's wrong. They said they wondered why I was calling so much but still did not answer. Then when they came I must have had a loss of brain matter because I went on their advice and bought a new a.c. From them. Stupid me. Now here I am again waited two days after a phone call to them and finally got through to a woman who sounded half asleep. She set up an appt for tues. And we will see what happens. I asked her why no one returns calls and she said I don't know !? If they come, it will be the last time.....
They charged me a $79 fee for a 24 hour service call; they actually didn't even come within 24 hours because the technician "forgot" to come to my house. Then when he did come the next day, he gave me an estimate of $500 to replace the blower motor module. I got a second opinion from Aldon's and the tech there was extremely smart and professional. He unclogged a hose and the a/c was fixed. He told me that my unit doesn't even have the module that Air Rescue was trying to charge me over $500 for. When I called the company to get a refund of the $79, the owner's son was rude and said they never give refunds (even though their tech advised me there would be a refund if his recommendation was wrong). The owner's son advised me that he'd have to have his dad call me back. Haven't heard anything but did put a stop payment on the check. DON'T HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!
Customers beware of these Yankee Thieves. If you buy an a/c from them, they'll sell you a crappy unit bc they make money when they service it. The ac will break every year and they'll charge you astronomical fees to fix it even if it's "under warrantee". I wouldn't trust these people with anything. Call another company. I'm not a competitor but a frustrated customer who fell for it and spent thousands
Carl is great to work with and his team really goes the extra miles necessary to get a job done right and on time! They not only services my personal home but installed a replacement heat pump and handler in my rental home! Thanks Carl!
