From what I hear, it's a 3 star business because the price is good at $1.95 for most items but apparently they leaves staples in your clothing which snag you when you least expect it. I've left my dry cleaner of 15 years (because they kept burning the buttons on my shirts and after 4 months I finally mentioned it to the owner who in a nut-shell said, "There's nothing I can do. It's because your clothes are not made in the U.S.A."). I tried another dry-cleaner who was much more expensive and the quality is good but if I can get the same quality for a better price-why not? Anyhow, I'll review this dry cleaner again after a 60-day trial. Wish me luck...
