I was shopping only for hardware for new front doors and having a terrible time until I found Lisa at Premier One. My purchase was nominal (and probably more of an interruption than profitable), but Lisa was generous with her time and advice. The hardware was delivered as promised and was perfect.

My experience was what I would expect from any company. I had a great line of communication with the office manager; she was always helpful and friendly. The installers did a great job, and now I have custom entry doors that I love.
I have had my doors and windows done, and I have no complaints. I ordered a custom door knowing that it would take some time; but it was never delayed to the point where there was an issue. I am very happy with all of the work that Premier One Improvements has done. I have referred this company to my sister and two of my friends. They are also happy with the service, and the products provided. Thank you David, Lisa, installers, and contractors. You have made my experience a pleasurable one, and I look forward to getting my master bedroom/bathroom remodeled.
I ordered a custom door from Premier One Improvements, Inc. on April 7, 2010. The special instructions on the order/contract stated ?allow 8-12 weeks?. I contacted Premier One in June, July, and August regarding the status of my door. I had the receptionist transfer me three times to the owner?s voice mail leaving a message to call me. I requested the receptionist on numerous occasions to have him call me in addition requested data as to when my door would be ready to which she said she would call me back. As of today, 9/27/2010 I have not had any return calls from Premier One. I called for an update the receptionist said she had all of the info and was just waiting on hardware. I told her that as of next week it will be 6 months that I have been waiting for this door and I have never heard any thing from the company. In addition, the owner told me that they made all of their own doors locally by local craftsman. Upon my first call inquiring about my door the receptionist told
