Today at approxamately between; 4:45p.m. and 5:00p.m The very nice ,kind and professional bus driver of bus #55 ,picked a very rude,arrogant self centered passenger. She refused to sit down,even after the bus driver was heard asking her very nice .She did not have any observable sweat ,nor was she breathing very hard.This could obviously mean she had plenty of time to get her senior bus ticket out. She eventually was decided to sit in the handicap area.She then hyperinflated the fact the bus driver called her Ms. Its obvious she was striving to incite a riot.Calif Penal Code:404.6. She was very loud and boisterous,plus observed disturbing the peace.Calif Penal Code:415.1.2.3. It was observed that a very nice and compassionate customer offered her money,for bus fair.Her response was:"Get the "F" away from me,before ,I knock the "F" out of you"! She continued:" You just want attention." She yelled out,"The bus company owes her sixty thousand dollars for her injury." She was wearing the following clothes:A pink blouse,brown pants,blue tennie shoes,blue and white socks.She also was observed having a black big type of purse and a gray sweater.Perhaps the bus driver of bus #55,did not want to call the police ,because she did'nt want to be late to her stops.This very rude passenger displayed a very bad example , for being a female African American adult.No doubt she was very intelligent.It appears based on observation her motive and intent was to instigate provocation.Why?Perhaps to get news media attention.Also perhaps to bring civil action. She no doubt looked like she rehearsed. If this is not the case,perhaps she could have a mental chemical imbalance. She showed no respect for those with children or of different religious beliefs.She should be baned from riding on the bus.The bus driver was very polite and professional .During all this harassment ,from a very rude passenger.The rude ,arrogant passenger appeared to be an elderly very angry female African American adult.With lots of profanity.
