When I went into Mary Me Bridal they stuck with my dress budget and had a good selection. However, most of the employees that I encountered didn't seem to know what they were doing and couldn't answer any of my questions. Also, if you ever want to get in touch with them by phone-Good Luck! The employees hardly ever answered the phone. This shop really needs to improve their customer service skills. I wouldn't recommend buying a dress from them.

The worst customer service I have every experienced. Their motto is the customer is NEVER right. I paid for my bridesmaid dress in full. When I went to pick it up they said that I owed more money. I told them that I had a receipt that stated that the dress was paid in full. They said it didn't matter what the receipt said that either I paid more money or I couldn't have the dress. Like I said before, the WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!

They have the worst customer service ever.They messed up my bridesmaid dresses and left no time for them to fix the issues before the wedding.I have ordered several brides maid dresses and my brides dress from there.There are four dresses that are totally wrong.When I go to call to speak to a manager they hang up the phone on me five times.The sixth time I told them I don't appreciate being hung up, I need a manager please and they do it again.Finally get through to a different person and explain to them what had just happened & they don't care and explain to me that it is crazy over there and they are so busy. I ask who was answering the phone earlier & they wouldn't tell me.That was not right being treated that way after spending thousands of dollars with this business.Till now my problem has not been solved & the wedding is around the corner. Very unprofessional & I would never ever refer them to anyone.I went to them thinking they had better service then larger stores & I was wrong.

Horrible customer service. I was told on the phone they were too busy to look up my order yet; they never returned repeated phone calls. Bridesmaid dresses were ordered in ample time yet, they did not arrived until one week before wedding. I still had to call them to find out that they had arrived leaving very little time for alterations. Unreliable, unprofessional, uncaring, rude and they will lie to your face!

This shop offered great service and beautiful dresses. My only complaint is that the dresses available in the store for trying on only come in one size. When you are a size 12, it's a bit uncomfortable trying to squeeze into a size 6 gown just to see if you like it.
