Hi, my name is Floyd I am a leading private personal fitness trainer, Health coach, fitness model and men's physique competitor based out of Orange County. I have been training clients for six years, I love working out, living a healthy active lifestyle and helping others reach their goals. I consider myself an all around trainer specializing in the following; weight loss, sports training (athletes), Bodybuilding, Figure, Bikini, Men's and Woman Physique (contest prep), corrective exercise, strength and conditioning, Nutrition or taking the day to day work out to the next level. I also have the knowledge and experience to effectively work with individuals who have medical conditions or previous injuries and I can personalize any fitness and nutritional program to meet specific needs. I continue to stay informed and educated on the latest research and knowledge giving me the ability to provide clients with the most well rounded and evidence based programs. I have worked in three different gyms giving me the opportunity to lead my clients in the direction of their goals with excellent outcomes. I have trained hundreds of clients with varies of backgrounds and abilities. I have a flexible schedule allowing me the ability to work around my clients time constraints. I provide training out a small, private gym that is clean, never crowded and has great equipment allowing for a variety of exercises. The gym is located in the city of Orange. The first training session is comprised of creating goals, setting a realistic time frame and creating the perfect meal plan. I do complete macro nutrient and micro nutrient break downs, (how many calories you should be consuming throughout the day, how many grams of protein, how many grams of carbohydrates, and how many grams of fat, according to your goal) as well as supplement recommendations tailored to your goals. I am available via voice call, text message, email and through social media. I am excellent at responding to everyone in a timely matter. I have the best rates in town. For a one hour training session the price varies based on the package we decide is the best for you. The more sessions purchased at one time, the better the rate. I offer a 6, 10, 12, 16, 18, 20 and 24 session plan. These can be used at your discretion and do not expire. I also offer a buddy plan package where you pick a workout partner that is at or close to your fitness level with close or similar fitness goals to split the cost of training. The first workout and assessment is free which creates the opportunity for you to decide if I am the correct trainer to help you reach your goals.
