I can honestly say that when I was in your dealership I was very much respected and taken care of. I was ready for a battle but it ended up being a walk in the park David Krolik your Sales & Leasing Consultant was a total gentlemen, even open the vehicle door for me. Rare in these times, poor guy was holding the door open for me and I couldnt figure out what he was doing.. I told him Sorry Im not use to having someone open the door for me Like I said total gentlemen.. My purchasing experience was painless, none of that Used Car Salesmen tactics, which I can say I was waiting for So thank you for the note and the card that will be arriving soon Im sure And thank you most of all for the quality of sales personnel you employee.

I wanted to take the time to tell you that your service advisor, Scott was very professional, friendly and on top of his game when dealing with me. I was in a rush and y'all meet the time restrictions. I will return due to his efforts in the repair and time line. I of course wish it cost me less than it did, but I get everyone makes a profit. I would recommend people to Scott any day of the week . Very nice guy to work with while spending alot of money.

I wanted to comment on David Krolik to you. He is definitely a credit to your dealership. Ray and David committed to rectifying the tree sap stains on the bumper as part of the sale and its been David who has been following up with me, arranging with Jnr to get it addressed. When I got the car home and there was oil dripping, David took care of getting me into service that weekend. Turned out to be overspill in prep. Then today he came in early to the dealership on his own time to check that everything was being taken care of in service. Again, he's a real asset to your crew. Genuine customer service is nice to see.

Had been to Mazda of Orange earlier in the week just to look and was not pressured or hounded. A couple days later, I had a terrible experience at another dealer (in Cerritos) with them raising the price of the vehicle last minute (made the mistake of telling them I had my own low financing). Immediately, went back to Mazda of Orange, where not only did I get a better deal but was treated fairly and honestly from the get-go. No ridiculous rates, no b s pricing, no funny business (I'm a tier one customer). Shawn & Tom took care of us. The process was fast and hassle free. I would definitely do business here again.

I received EXCELLENT service when I took my Mazda 3 in last Tuesday, for servicing. The person I dealt with, I think his name was Jason, was wonderful. He took my car in without an appointment, and accepted my coupon from another dealership's service department, without any question. He made sure to check on any recalls that might be in effect, and made sure that recall service was completed as well. My car was serviced expeditiously, and washed when I picked it up. Such a great experience!

I was a repeat customer to this dealership. My first lease experience in 2010 went perfectly, so when I received a promotion mailer about buying out my lease to get me into a new model, I thought I'd take a look. The promotional mailer offered a free iPad if they bought out my 2010 car which was specifically listed and referred to in their promotional mailer. Had been thinking about getting into a new lease and decided to take them up on the promotion. The new car sale went very well and I basically got the deal I was looking for to get into a new Mazda car.

Great service! Scott made sure I got the best deal when I came in to get my oil changed. I ended up getting a free oil change, tire rotation and they even surprised me with vacuuming and washing my car! I was so happy! I love coming here to get my car taken care of.

My service experience was great. Joel Angulo was great. I called in the morning (maybe 7am) and he arranged for me to bring the car right in. As far as I could tell, the service was done well and the car was washed and vacuumed and since a car wash is $10 to $15 it was like getting a discount on the service. You guys do a terrific job keep it up! And keep sending those reminders when service is due I always forget.

Scott handles every request & question I have with the utmost speed & courtesy. He even had my car washed when I brought my Mazda 3 in for its first oil change. And when my USMC decals were off-centered, he personally fixed them and wiped away the mud from underneath. I couldn't ask for a better service representative for my car. I trust him and can get in touch with him anytime. Thank you!
