      Scheduled a 9:00am oil change. The appointment was confirmed and when I left the car at Pep Boys, no one told me there would be a problem. I return to pick up my car at 3pm and they said they had not even touched the car yet. What is the point of appointment times when you don't do them? Second time this has happened to me.
