Most of the employees have no idea about the electronics they're selling I have more luck just researching on my phone in the store and ask my friends. They are unprofessional (screaming and making jokes across the store and the cashiers joking and taking forever to ring me up). I find myself constantly leaving best buy angry and unsatisfied.
You have to ask the right questions and find the associate who can talk on YOUR level (either high or low). Don't take "no" for an answer if you feel like there might be room for another answer.
