Beauregard High School is located in Opelika, Ala., and is a part of the Lee County School System. It serves students in grades 9 through 12 and is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. The school s academic curriculum includes various subjects, such as English, Spanish, social studies, history, geography and mathematics. Beauregard High School additionally offers programs in humanities, technology education, home economics, science, and health and physical education. Its athletics department offers a variety of sports activities, including baseball, basketball, cheerleading, cross county, football, softball, track and field and volleyball. The school supports several clubs and organizations that include the National Honor Society, Future Farmers of America, student council, and drama, Bible, key, journalism and Spanish clubs. Beauregard High School has a media center that houses books, periodicals, magazines, newspapers, biographies and reference materials.
