Located just Northeast of downtown, we're Chattanooga's premier gourmet burger and craft beer joint. Our "thing" is fresh ingredients and house made taste, so we work differently. First, we try to make all of our own ingredients; that means fresh grinding our own beef, cutting our own fries, making our ketchup, mustard, and all other sauces. The things we don't make we try to buy locally, so our buns are from Nieldov's Breadworks, our pickles are Wickles Pickles from Alabama, and we use Duke's mayo, of course.
