Hands down, Kuk Sool is the best martial arts school in the Rochester area. They offer classes every day of the week to meet my busy schedule and the Master Instructor actually teaches classes. His knowledge, enthusiasm and energy is really wonderful and helps motivate me to work harder than I ever have in life. In just the first few months of taking classes, I've lost 15 pounds. I'm not as tired any more and I feel like I have more energy throughout the day.The self-defense techniques I learn are amazing. Combined with the cardio workouts, acrobatics, kicks, speed drills, and stretching exercises, I feel I could really defend myself if needed.I highly recommend Kuk Sool to anyone looking for a fun activity to get in shape.
