The process begins with alignment I need to get an idea of what your goals, strengths and weaknesses are. A mild level of anxiety or depression is helpful as it inspires you to want to make changes. Being a coachee involves some risk taking and discomfort on your behalf - no pain, no gain! Progress tends to be rapid and is usually enjoyable!
