Just like a sporting coach, I help you improve your skills, keep you focused on what is important, and challenge you to prepare for future opportunities! The process begins with alignment I need to get an idea of what your goals, strengths and weaknesses are. A mild level of anxiety or depression is helpful as it inspires you to want to make changes. Being a coachee involves some risk taking and discomfort on your behalf - no pain, no gain! Progress tends to be rapid and is usually enjoyable!
