Tried to follow the directions from Verizon's own web site to request a security update to be done at the store-I went to three different stores. The first two their machines did not function and at this one, I called first and got the run around. Customer service? What customer service? There is none, no one wants to get off their lazy fanny to help you unless they can sell you something.
