Practical is right. I don't think this firm can go any further than the basics and might promise a little more than they are capable of properly assisting their clients with. Maybe if you just have a large estate to manage that might as well be a business, they may be able to offer secure and sound service; but for an actual company, what ever the field, they are painfully basic and scantly experienced. You might wind up with more problems than you started out with. Keep walking unless you can pretty much be your own accountant and know what to do, but then you might keep walking anyway because they charge way too much for what little they can do.

I tried them once and I wound up with enormous bills that had absolutely no correlation to my income with the Feds. I shopped around for an extra opinion and discovered that I owed nothing. That was a wild experience I hope no one else has to encounter. You need prior accounting knowledge to work with these folks which completely defeats the purpose of having them to start.
